Everything was great including the rental price. The only negative I would say is $150 charge to return to a different airport

Overall the van was good except for a couple of issues.
Power outlets in front not working and rear AC unit only provided heat
And had to be left off. the fan control buttons for the fan switch were worn.
On the positive side we appreciated the overall performance and the express pass for tolls was great and didn't have to stop and look for change. Thanks

the Van was 2007 and has the seats in not good perfomance. Also we noted certain noise in the transmition wheel
poor lubrication. Please check the fluids

we loosed the bagages in the international mall in Miami on 08/28/2012. we reported this criminal act to the Miami Police
make sure you take pictures of the rental before moving it.
the vehicle and price was good, the service was weak, having to take public transportation to and from a public random parking lot was lame, the person on the phone did not know where and when to catch the bus.
then having to pay for parking to get out of the lot, weak!
I was disappointed that your agency was not on the Airport complex. Don't think I knew this until I had completed the reservations. Also, was not aware as to what location (zone) the pick up would be, but overall it was good.
The only think was the advertasing that you have said that all yours vehicucles are equipment with GPS and the van that I rented doesnt have any one.But the rest was great service.
I was leery at first since we never went to the rental company location (van was left in an airport parking lot). However process was very simple and easy!! Van was exactly where they said it would be and it was a larger van than I rented!! Overall it was a very positive rental experience.
