Van worked out great for our family

We rented a 12 passenger van, but where upgraded to a 15 passenger one, at no additionial charge. This made it great when the rest of my family came to Florida, as all 14 of us were able to go too Disney in one vehicle. These folks are in my address book now.
when we got the van it was a bit dirty and side doors didn't close well. other than that all good.
This was a different type of rental were there was no rental agency. It was done on-line and the Van was parked in the parking garage with the keys left with the vehicle. My only complaint is that they did not mention that I needed to pay for the parking in and out.

Everything was exactly what was promised
The process for getting a van from Florida van was simple and convenient. There is no doubt that I will be using Florida Van again for my yearly trips to Florida.
the whole experience was smooth and I found the agency very easy to work with
Only item missing was a child's seat which is a big safety item - Other than this everything was great
