Lots of confusion regarding picking up the van. At one point, we were told that the van would pick us up at airport. Once all the confusion was worked out, we were pleased with the van and the shuttle service to and from the Orlando airport.
Overall excellent value. The picking up and dropping off of the van in random parking lots was confusing.
Great Experience with Florida Van Rentals. Would definately use again.

IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH STAFF UPON ARRIVAL. IT TOOK US HOURS TO FIND THE VEHICLE ONLY TO FIND WITHOUT GPRS NAVIGATION INSTRUMENT WHICH WE HAD ORDERED WHEN WE RENTED THE VEHICLE. AS WE WERE OVERSEAS VISITORS WE WERE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE SURROUNDINGS, IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND OUR WAY UNTIL NEXT MORNING WHEN WE COULD BUY A NEW GPRS. THEREFORE WE WERE NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED.
My reservation was rather last minute and was handled very well. Since I had no prior experience with this company or it's procedures I was "flying blind" but the instructions worked very well. Van was just what I requested and made our family trip very successful. We will use Florida Van Rentals again if opportunity arises and will recommend to anyone who plans a similar trip to Orlando.

We booked three 7-passenger vans, 3-4 months in advanced for a first time family vacation of 20 to Florida. After the booking, I emailed/called Florida Van Rental almost every other week to confirm this and was told that everything was all set. After charging my C.C for three vans, two days before the trip, Florida Van Rental called and told me that they only have one van for me. They gave me the impression that it was too bad and they will refund me the money back. It was horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was told that the vehicle would be delivered by 7:30am. It did not arrive until 10:30am. The person who booked my reservation neglected to tell me tha workers do not start deliveries until 9am. Apparently nobody reads the confirmation form either bcause that form also stated expected delivery time at 7:30am, otherwise a call to inform me should have been made.
