The brakes on one of the vans were very soft and when the vehicle was warm we had to pump the brake to enable the brakes to work properly. I would recommend checking the master cylinder. Otherwise, vehicles were great.
Our experience was overall very good. I thought that the van could have been newer since cloth seats can absorb odors and are hard to cover up. However, I did see newer vans onsite but we weren't lucky enough to get one. Next time we'll request a newer van. We rented a 15 passenger van and there wasn't too much space for luggage but we made it work. All in all, I'd definitely rent another van again.
Been using this company for a number of years. Always the best/lowest rates and nice/clean, if not the newest, vehicles. A smaller operation, compared to the Big Guys, that tries harder and in my opinion succeeds. I recommend them for all Flordia van rentals.
The van direction system doesn't work properly wich makes handling the car somewhat unstable.

Van was fine. We only needed seats for 8 but had to get a 15 pass because that was all that was available. The view from the van was good. Very difficult to get into especially for our parents who are in their mid 60's. We had to get a step stool so people could get into it easier. Also, there was a rattle in the rear passenger door the entire time we had it. Also there was a rattle in the undercarriage all the time during idle. When the air conditioning was running the heat would come on.
The renal van was is good shape. The only issue was the passenger side door seemed to stick a little and was difficult to open.
The van really needs a lot of work. The front end is real bad. At 60 mph+ the front end is very shaky and squeaky. The seat belts in the back of the van squeak real loud when anyone moves in them. The value of the rental is very good, but the van was almost scary to drive.
We picked up the van in Las Vegas and returned it to LAX, upon return however, LAX did not have any record of the rental and had to wait for a fax from Las Vegas re the contract. Other than the wait everything was OK.
The Van was a little bit old model, and had a weird smell like tobacco maybe. The radio sounds bad and the A/C or the ventilation system has a loud sound.
