The first van we received AC was not working and engine light was on. However, we went to return the van back and was given another van immediately with no hassle. Small inconvenience but greatly appreciated the quick response and accommodation without question. It was truly a great pleasure to do business and thank you for a wonderful rental. Over all 5star for taking care of your customers.
The AC didn't work properly and the sliding door also didn't work properly. The carpet was very old too. I appreciated the customer service.

The first 15 passenger van they left had mechanical problems. The air conditioning was half working and the steering and wheels were have some type of alignment problem. It was hard to keep the vehicle on the road. I notified the office and they gave me a replacement van the next day. The newer transit van was very nice and had no mechanical problems.
Pick up and drop off were out of the ordinary for rental cars, but it was easy.
The vans were not in the best shape. Cracked windshield on one, ripped seats. Some rubber part on the side door kept falling down everytime we would open the door. Some of the vents were just open holes. All of this was on the second van we had. The first van had no working brake lightsd and only the left turn signal worked. I don't understand how they didnt know that until we had the van and told them. I took pictures of all the damages to both vans when I got them!
vehicles was outdated and we had several issues such as one of the vehicle seat was not secure, kept moving side to side.
a icon stayed on concerning air pressure in tires, doors didn't lock and backup lights were out. When it was reported nothing was done about it.
I experienced trip interruption due to poor inspection of vehicle before delivery to me.. My tire had a slash on the inner wall which had a slow leak.. On day 2, tire went flat while driving on the interstate. We went to put the spare tire on and it was in worst shape than the flat tire. The spare not only was flat but was cut down to the wire. The wait time given to me for assistance was 3+ hours while sitting out along the interstate in 100 degree weather..lost a day of vacation
