Mike, Marilyn and Anthony were all excellent.
Everything went well.
Everything was as they said, and the price for me was the best. If I had to rent a van in the future would again with Florida Van Rental.
Had trouble with the safety belt for the wheelchair in the backseat. Also had trouble with the right side rear door, would not shut properly. Other than those issues, the van worked well.
When I first inquired about the van, I was given a quote. Later I received another email saying you would give me 5% off, I asked for that and was told after I gave credit card information and made the reservation I would get the 5% off but that was not honored. I wanted a side entry and received a rear entry van which worked out fine and did great for my husband. The Toyota mini van was ok, it was noisy, I believe there may be muffler issues and the ramped rattled quite a bit.

The van was not good. It rattled a ton, we think a door panel is loose. It was also a very, very bumpy ride. One of our guests jokingly asked if the "massage" was complimentary. The van had 94k+ miles...time to retire this one!
The can that was rented was in great condition and price for the reservation was great! Definitely will be considering Florida Van Rentals for future rentals.
