The experience was flawless
It was a pleasure to have a large vehicle to accommodate my vacation.
This was one of the worst experiences. I rented a mini bus for 15 passengers. First, their process was lengthy as well as very complex. When my guests arrived they couldn’t find the rent then couldn’t find the key. Then, the vehicle had NO air in 110 degree weather. Their person who dropped it off HAD to know this and left it anyway. It was then difficult to get our money back. Horrible company. Do t just read my review look at others. I should have trusted what I read.

I am thankful for the professional and courteous service that I've received Florida Van Rentals! Marilyn, Michelle, Mr. Ira make us feel so comfortable that I WANT to rent again!! Sometimes it's not readily available to rent a wheelchair accessible van and FVR's has tried to accommodate me everytime and I sincerely appreciate them!! Being caretaker for my 91 year old wheelchair bound mother it is comforting to use FVR. Thank you
