I did not receive email letting me know how or where to pick up vehicle I have to use a walker, the vans running board made me nervous every time I got in and out of van.
The rental car had 85K miles. I never had a rental car with this many miles and use. Driver seat was loose, the handicapped seat belt did not lock, the passenger door would not open with remote, the passenger door you could see the road from the inside of the car. Was told we were going to receive one car day before and day of pick up received a different car. No follow up to date on any of my comments in an email that I sent to Florida Van Rentals.
Was a bit nervous about the pickup and drop off, but all worked out fine.
Everything went smoothly, van was relatively new and in good shape, equipment worked well.
I made a reservation, went to pick up the vehicle and they said I never completed my reservation. A docusign never came through and I had emailed them a week earlier about it. They did not have the vehicle I needed available, they were very rude and unhelpful. I will NEVER rent from this agency again.
The car I rented was not available when I went to pick it up they said it had been left at the airport and they had no drivers to go and get it therefore I was left stranded without a car very unsatisfactory no effort was made to get me a Nother vehicle

There was an issue with the a/c not cooling properly the seats were uncomfortable there was issue cruise control dropping out and I don't think that I should've been charged for miles from Orlando to Tampa and back.
