Great experience! We arrived at Midnight, got on the Wally Park shuttle, loaded the van and was on our way in under 25 minutes! We returned the van to the Wally Park parking lot, left the keys and headed to the airport. No lines, no waiting, excellent choice for us.
We arrived to a van that was a few years older than we were expecting, and among trying to start it the van was dead (mind you this was 1am in the morning). We didn’t get moving until almost 2am. They offered us a new van days later and didn’t offer us any sort of partial refund. Service sub-par. I’ll stick with the bigger agencies next time.
It was a great van easy on gas and very easy to drive
I absolutely loved the rental van, it was very spacious, easy to drive. I love that it was very affordable and everything was done via email so I didn't have to deal with paperwork in an office. I will definitely rent this van again next year when I bring my daughter for cheer competition with all her friends, thank you!!
Van worked out just fine. I was a little taken back about paying for all the parking fees to get the van since you don't have a location at the airport like other rental agencies do, it seems like there would be a better system for the customer. Other than that everyone was accommodating and it worked out just fine, thank you.

Headlight out. Took hour to get transported to vehicle. They didn’t know where it was. Very industrial van.
Florida Van Rentals blows all other rentals out of the water. Can't ask for better price and quality.

Too many forms and too many back n forth. Send me all documents first email. Very cumbersome to print sign and return. Van was as expected no surprises. Good value
