The whole pickup experience was a nightmare. Took an hour to get the shuttle from the terminal to the rental center. Then had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle to go to the offsite rental agency. Once there had to wait another 30 minutes to start the rental process. All this time could have been saved if we were told we could've taken an Uber directly to the rental agency to save time. Ends up they didn't have the van we needed. Finally found one elsewhere. No break on cost even offer

flies and gnats in the van, rate quoted is not the rate showing on final bill, a bunch of additional charges like debit card fee of $40.00?

Waited 1.5 hours at the rental center while they readied the vehicle. Ez rent is actually a third party agency. Our van came from NU Car San Diego rental. Poor communication with Nu Car rental about our rental and additional drivers we had discussed. Overall not a good experience. Won’t use again

Service was quick and easy! Loved the staff! Super helpful and knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly to ensure service was top notch. Apple CarPlay wasn’t working properly, but overall excellent experience!

The van was not available on the agreed time we arrived the van needs windshield repair. EZ van staff James was rude he hang up on me when i complained of the delay because i transact with EZ took us 41/2 hours wait . The day before the pick up he assured us that it will be there, the carrental was a third partyand was nicer to deal with but the on the reservation. EZ Van Rental is not customer friendly. They should not be in the business. My deposit to them has not been returned too.
