I cannot answer the above questions because my reservation was canceled less that two weeks before I was to arrive. They found me another van but I would have had to pick it up at a location 45 minutes south of San Diego. That was not going to work. They told me to check Kayak. I was finally able to find a van from another rental agency but I had to pay over $500 more for the car.. I had made my reservation several months in advance because I knew van rentals would be at a premium..
The rental was not in good condition, with many parts damaged inside the cabin of the van. Sideview mirrors could not be automatically adjuated, drivers side window would not go down, seat belts were damaged, fabric tears on the seats, stains on the seats, door handles were damaged. Very appalled and disgusted of the quality of the rental van from this establishment.

Vehicle was not as new as expected, but was well maintained and worked out well. Other places wanted much more money for a similar vehicle, I was pleased with the overall experience. Making a reservation was quick, staff was courteous, vehicle functioned as needed. An very satisfying experience.
The rental prices are very affordable, but the only thing that is missing is a place for luggage
Car dirty, inside and out. The car was not full tank. Person in charge would not give me a discount because of all this. I’m very unsatisfied never would I rent from this agency.
