Excellent experience!
The rental experience was smooth and quick. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The vehicle was good quality and well kept. The only downfall that would keep me from future rentals are the 2-day minimums, whereas I usually only need single day rentals, and did not get any credit for bringing it back the same day (night drop). Other than that, highly recommended and will return here!

Putting gas into the van was challenging, the tries multiple gas stations and the nozzles would just click and you had to keep clicking the nozzle . Other than that, it was good.
I would like to point out that i am not rating EZ RENT A VAN, unfortunately we were sent to AIRPORT RENT-A-CAR by EZ RENT A VAN and were charged $1200 more than the original quote given by EZ RENT, according to this new agency, we did not respect the pick up time and were overcharged, EZ RENT has always given us a fair price and a good service in general, we do this trip every year, we rent from 2 to 3 vehicles every time, we had no choice but to rent the vans at the new price.
I've rented from this company before as I have to rent passenger vans frequently. The staff is so nice, prompt and thorough. I recommend them above any of the big box places.
