There were a couple small issues with the van but it worked for the weekend. The staff were wonderful, kind, professional, and thoughtful. The whole process was very easy and quick. I plan to rent from this agency again.

Bad experience ., they not honor my rate my schedule I have book previously mini van was in a bad condición ., dirty windows., we find a baby bottle in the car., the wash was not a good one was fast and poor cleaning

thier web site says, customer service is key, Pick up at the airport. Well they use a 3rd party for the vans. They do not tell you that if its after hours you have to get a taxi or uber to were the van is located. I asked before the pick update if we pick up the vans at the airport, they dont give you a specific answer, just beat around the bush about detials will be provided closer to pick up date. Should have been a red flag right there!! Will never use this company again.
