Rental was ok had some issues with miscommunication and the a/c on van we rented didn’t circulate all the way to the back of the van so that was a little disappointing since we were heading to Vegas where it was 105 degrees farenherit. Also I didn’t receive the van I had originally reserved.
I would rent again if I could have a 15 seat like I requested. Ryan was great

A little more information before the week of the rental would have been helpful, as everything felt last minute, however the extent of the information and ease of pick up and drop off was fantastic! Thanks again.
You sent me to a third party who did not honor our agreement gave me an old van AC did not work service was TERRIBLE
The greatest item was that I had made reservations with another car rental agency and they defaulted. I immediately asked the adjacent car rental who referred me to EZ Rental. Within minutes of arriving the EZ Rental Gentleman helped me select a vehicle albeit on paper.
My negative ratings above are regarding how I was not oriented to the 12 man Sprinter Van. I received no paperwork in hand or electronically to help me know how and where to return the vehicle. Worse, I did not get an orientation to operate the van, specifically, the staff did not know the exact height of the van, and I was not told about the back-up mirror or how to find the fuel door (I googled it). T-Max and Leo were personable, kind and courteous. They accommodated my early arrival.

I originally booked a 12 passenger van but received a 15-passenger van. It was a lot larger than I expected but worked out great for the large party I was hosting. The manager, Ryan, was super helpful and responsive. He had great recommendations for the city and was extremely accommodating to my schedule. Highly recommend!
