I recommend not paying the airport pickup fee, you can take one of the cabs that are waiting for less money, and then you aren't waiting for their shuttle to come get you, because as I just stated the cabs are already sitting there ready to go.
They greatest service yet than other car rentals. And their quality cars are great for price.

Car was in good shape and seemed safe. Experience was good. Second time renting with this agency and both times were good experiences.
They did not have a record of our reservation, but I had printed out my confirmation. They tried to charge a lot more than our confirmation, but later agreed to what I had booked because I had the printed confirmation. The car was in terrible shape, which is the main reason I would book elsewhere next time. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Service was very good, however the car had allot of damage and had a very hard time climbing some of the hills, while traveling the island. Also the windshield wippers had seen better days.

Absolutely no problems. A very positive experience.
Prompt, polite and courteous as always! Performance of car substandard. Surprised by this as I havebeen renting from Empress twice a year for 10 years. Issues with the car were resolved courteously. Will be renting from them again last week in October and 1st week in November.
