We were supposed to receive a Ford Explorer for our 6 person party but we're asked to take a Honda Pilot. It was ok with us as the Honda was a nice vehicle. After two days the Honda was returned because the rear AC wasn't working very well and anyone sitting in the back of the vehicle was really hot. Upon returning the Honda we received an Explorer for the remainder of the vacation. This was our 4th time renting from Empress and their team did a great job meeting our needs and requests.
