AS ALWAYS GREAT QUALITY & SERVICE
Had an excellent experience, staff friendly, car was great... No problems, and I was nervous because renting a car in another country is always nerve racking. Good reviews on trip advisor led me to Empress; I will leave you a good review there. Everything went very smoothly. I sure appreciate that and would rent from you again.

I've rented from Empress before and received a free upgrade in vehicle. I was hoping to receive another upgrade but it did not happen. I do love Empress though and will continue using with or without an upgrade.
