I was very satisfied of rent car in your company, all was on higher level
The car was not maintained properly. One headlight was out, AC not working and window washing fluid not dispensing.
I rent from these guys every time I'm on St. Maarten and they remember me. Now with their new location they're right across from the terminal but still come over to pick you up.

I rent from Empress every year and they always have the best prices. Now their location is directly across from the airport and is actually within walking distance which makes returning the car a breeze.
Our battery gave out on the French side. Got a jump from a local, drove right to the Empress shop and in less than 5 minutes received a new car and off we went! That is SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Been using these guys for 12 years. Won’t go anywhere else.
