I have been renting from Empress for years. They recently moved closer to the airport which makes them even bettr! 5 star rating for sure!
Friendly staff and easy process
We have rented from Empress about a dozen times and have been happy with its service and cars every time. Now that the Empress office is right across from the airport, they are amazingly convenient.
Car was delivered with an under-inflated rear tire and had to be returned 2 days later as the tire was then almost flat. In addition, this initial car looked old and “beat up” and drove with a very “tinny” feel. The second car was fine, much more what you would expect. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I have rented from Empress for over 25 years and have always been pleased. This is not typical, but should be addressed
I have used Empress for years and will use them in October.
Great location…..however, the parking lot needs paving.
This is the second time I rent from them staff are very friendly last week my name was in the reservation my friend got to the island before me so with non doubt the add him for pickup also they re adding my name as a second driver that I can return the car highly recommended
The car was very dirty and old, as were the car seats. The car also had engine light and low tire pressure lights on the dash board. I was scared driving it up hills as the bottom of the car made loud cracking noises. The engine was also very loud when idling. I rented from empress to support the local car rental company, but I would not rent again.
The car I wanted wasn’t available when I arrived. They gave me a different car which they thought was better. I didn’t like it so I took it back the next day. They had the car I originally booked and there were no issues. It was a very good experience. I would rent again from Empress
We have rented from Empress for the past 20 years. We HIGHLY recommend them! Brenda is AWESOME!!
