Just had some issues with dropoff where I hadn't gotten the after-hours lock code and unfortunately an MTA bus was blocking the main entrance. We were able to figure it out and get the car left in front of the back gate though. Thanks!

Well., whole experience was remarcable on both party's., money wise I thing can't gettetd better price., but concerning the waiting time to pick up my rental was more that I was especting other notice its that my rental washend realy clean. at all., I thing the company needs more attention on the better clean service before the rental its coming. other them that was really fine on all others aspects and defenily I will recommend this car rental company. Seamless return, just wished I was warned about the security deposit for the "ezpass" since I already had informed the rental agency that we would be using the van strictly for in long island use (new hyde park to the hamptons).

Hello, Kindly, update hours of operation online. I booked the car from 6pm to 5pm and the system let me reserve it but the hours of operation were 5pm to 3pm. I had to alter the plans. Thanks
