Just love their customer service
The vehicle was great to drive and would rent here again
Consistently the Fordham Rental office is not efficient. Upon arriving for my reservation that was set at 12 noon and my arrival at 11:15 I was immediately told that I was too early. I’m addition I was told that they have the vehicle I reserved but the windshield was cracked. I frowned and said that wasn’t cool. I was then told I can wait for another vehicle but they don’t know when it will be available because they didn’t have a driver to transport the vehicle. No discount issued. Poo
The car I requested was not available and I had to utilize a pricier model, but I was still satisfied.
The vehicle I received had badly stained seats!! The floor was filthy!! The whole interior of the vehicle was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!
Front desk woman was very nice. Will definitely rent again.
Overall great experience... issue is they only give you 200 miles for a weekend rental...

The receptionist at the location of 835 Pennsylvania Avenue, Brooklyn NY was very helpful. She took great care of me and answered all the questions I had. She made the rental process a breeze. I will definitely be renting from the company more often.
