Everything went wrong at the facility and from the start of the reservation. Vechicle was not the one ordered and staff was rude.vechicle was not at the location and the wait was over an hour. The vehicle was not clean and ur vacuum didn’t work. I have been renting from empire for over 5 years (Notheren Blvd location). and never had a problem! I expect a credit to my account immediately or I will disput all charges.

When I arrived and was at the counter I was asked to take a vehicle that I didn’t need nor made reservations for just to accommodate someone else. Absolutely unacceptable and so disappointing. Also the vehicle I was given was making a lot of noise on the right side not quite sure what was the problem but at least I was able to get to and from my destination without any problems.

Looking for a cargo van to move was an expensive nightmare but then my mom suggested I try Enterprise and everyone was honestly so wonderful and the price was so much better than anywhere else I called!
