Great Customer Services
Please make it possible to do everything online like paying and confirming the reservation. I had at least 3 phone calls from customer service reps on basic things like paying, them needing my insurance coverage, etc when it all could have been submitted online when I made the initial reservation like many other rental companies do.
Need to include more miles. 150 per day is not enough.

The seatbelts made the seating a little uncomfortable as they were poking the sides.
The usb port was pushed in and couldn’t use it.

The agent who gave me the car was very thorough and explained everything. I did scrape up the car a bit (SOOOO very sorry!). The agent who assisted me when I returned the car couldn't have been nicer. He was so kind and understanding. Thank you so much and please let me know if my insurance doesn't cover the damage. I would definitely recommend you. Your staff is terrific.
