I reserved a Luxury Sprinter to go out and enjoy with my family a nice Holiday outing, but my reservation was for 9 in the morning and the Vehicle wasn't there, we waited "40 min." Then when arrived it wasn't clean so we asked the guy to clean.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE........
The automatic step didn't open..
The Audio didn't work...
The light in the sprinter worked only one....
Bottom line... We paid top price and couldn't enjoy the trip as expected....

I was very happy with my decision to use Empire. Everything was so easy. When I called with questions they were very helpful, informative and friendly. I have already, gladly, told friends about Empire and will use them again in the future.

The truth was that it was a very bad experience renting the van. It had problems with the dashboard lights and a flat tire. I think it's punctured. I had to pump the air twice and I paid with my money, so it's not fair to rent and I paid the price and when I went to pick up the van was not ready very bad experience I will never rent with you again, one pays to have a good service and I do not recommend it to other people.
The woman at the front desk was extremely accommodating when I needed to make some last minute changes. Renting large vans is a bit expensive, and I didn't like how I wasn't able to use my own EZ Pass, but overall this was a great rental experience, and I would definitely recommend this business.
