The woman at the front desk was extremely accommodating when I needed to make some last minute changes. Renting large vans is a bit expensive, and I didn't like how I wasn't able to use my own EZ Pass, but overall this was a great rental experience, and I would definitely recommend this business.

I don’t recommend this place for cargo van rental. Even after all kinds of additional fees, the price quoted when I booked online was not the end of additional charges.
Checkout took an extremely long time & the manager was very shady about the exact price of insurance coverage. He gave me 3 different contradictory quotes within 5 minutes.
When I returned the van, he tried to charge some bogus mileage but I had taken photos of the dashboard before and after rental. Rent here at your own ri
