I love this trip with this vehicle.
They had many vehicles to choose from when I couldn't find any in the tri state area
I would like to suggest the availability of the customer service on the phone should be 24/7

Very good staff and company
Staff was helpful and process was easy
To start what I was quoted was not was what I was charged. It started off with a $200 deposit. At the time of pick up my sprinter van that I deserved was out of service. They sent proceeded to charge me the full amount plus another $100 for gas and tolls without deducting the $200. Then proceeded to tell me it will take 30 days for the refund. They advertise Mercedes sprinter van but they use ford transit vans. Kind of a bait and switch. I will not use them again.
Only complaint is about mileage. I wish they offered more. At least 200 per day of rental. Other than that - I have never had an issue with Empire and Gloria, George and Patrick are amazing.
The rental process was very simple, their sales advisors answer all the questions very clearly and help in the rental process, the delivery is on time, and it is very easy to return the vehicle, I consider that this company is serious and strives to satisfy the customer.
