I would rent again
I would like it better when you say unlimited mileage and it is really unlimited mileage but I was charged with 2500 miles and but in actuality I only used 1800 total for the entire trip. And I thought it's only 50 cents every extra mile.
We wasn't able to rent the car because according to the representative they don't rent vehicles for one day on the weekend but when you try to do the rental online you are able to reserve for one day Imoney pretty sure the company is aware of it but it very upsetting that they haven't done anything to remove that one day rental on the weekend so customers won't get their hopes up on being able to do a one day rental.
The van I requested was not at the location at the time I reserved for, I had to wait over an hour (past my reservation time) for the van to arrive from another location. Staff was apologetic and helpful and while they reacted as best they could, I was VERY late in terms of picking up my party and it impacted our schedule for the entire day. Otherwise staff was great and super friendly and professional.
