The day I went into the office the systems were down, waited an hour before being able to get the vehicle. Had to make other arrangements while I waited being that I needed the vehicle to go pick up my sister from the airport. The staff was very apologetic and understanding and made sure I left happy. Very pleased with my experience.
It said to include unlimited mileage. But the staff said it is for JFK flyer. It should states clearly on the despcription. I end up to pay extra $40.
The vehicle was great except for the interior lights that were blinking when turned on.
So far it was a straight forward deal except for the $200.00 deposit for the reservation that I have to explain to the office which was later rescinded after the return of the vehicle.
The car seats were a little stained. I would try to find a way to bleach out the seats in future. Service and car were great. Will continue renting.
Had to wait nearly an hour for my car ad was late for a job interview.
Cargo vans battery died after 20 minutes of having hazard lights on. I called and was told that is normal and I should get someone to jump me. I had to persuade them to come do it. It took more than an hour. Awful vehicle. Indifferent service. 0 stars.
I love renting with you, but the last selection of the car was horrible, I was scared to even drive it
Staff working the location were very nice , thorough and quick, the vehicle rented did not match. Inside seats were stained and dirty. Van had over 100k miles on it drove ok not great.
The van could have had a step.
