Entire experience was poor. I told them I was under 25 years old at around 12:30 and I submitted that I was under 25 through the website when I made a reservation. They said that they would charge me an additional $100 which was fine. Come time to pick up the car which was at 4:30 and waiting in the office for an additional 30 minutes, they said that they cannot rent it to me because of my age. They wasted alot of time and I do not recommend this place nor will I come back here again.
Not sure if they offer pick up service but they were very convenient, fast checkout, reasonable and they had the vehicle that I needed. The staff was very nice and curious. Will be using this company again. Ms. Veronica was a very great help.

I had a value for money
I got an old 16' ford moving van with a check engine light on and few other issues.
When I made the request I told the Representative that I'll make more then 200 miles and still got an old truck not safe to drive.
you gave me a good rate for the miles but all the time I was driving I did not feel safe at all.
Next time I would like the car available at the location and ready to go for the time I rented. Waited 30 mins due to the car being at another location.
