Staff was friendly and the rental and return process was seamless. As for the car it was nice, but I was given a car with an empty gas tank and there was no scraper in the car for ice on the windshield in Toronto during Winter ... the rental was well prices, so overall happy with it, but those small things would go a long way.

They were very helpful and courteous. I messed up on the pickup location, and the driver called me multiple times to confirm my location and come get me from where I had gone rather than the designated meeting place. Even at dropoff, they were able to give me a ride to another location close to the airport eventhough they were not obliged to. Such great service! Thank you so much!

they are excellent people I rented before from some where else and those people had totally different behavior with City Car Rental ( City Car Rental employees are helpful, nice, understanding and polite ). i always recommend only City Car Rental. GOD bless

The car rental service could be better about the fuel control system. I mean the customers could pick up the car full filled and return it as the same way. Easier!

I honestly don't believe I've ever had such a smooth & seamless transaction, as City Car Rental. The staff was highly professional, courtesy, caring & knowledgeable! I give this company and it's staff a 10+, 10x.. And this is coming from someone that's been renting cars for about 35Yrs of my adult life.
