The car rental service could be better about the fuel control system. I mean the customers could pick up the car full filled and return it as the same way. Easier!

I honestly don't believe I've ever had such a smooth & seamless transaction, as City Car Rental. The staff was highly professional, courtesy, caring & knowledgeable! I give this company and it's staff a 10+, 10x.. And this is coming from someone that's been renting cars for about 35Yrs of my adult life.

Ratings were satisfactory or below, except for pricing. Here's why: 1-very sketchy area 445 Rexdale Blvd 2-first car was filthy, dirty & coffee spills on doors, TONS of scratches 3-2nd car, was better but decent enough to drive 4-for deposit, why is this location still using the old way of taking a credit card imprint, isn't a pre-auth enough? 5-boxes of documents laying on floor where customers walk in? 6-cars should be clean & washed, 100% this doesn't happens at all!
