City Car & Truck Rental Renter Rated Reviews - Page 3

I was pleasantly surprised by a brand new car, which I wasn't expecting being I pur the cheapest car available. The owner and staff where so kind and courteous. They picked me up at the airport within minutes after I called. When I return the car, they did the 123 overview which was extremely simple and quick and then proceeded to drop me off at the airport 10 out of 10!!!!

The whole experience was very smooth! The pictures and directions we were given a few days before was very helpful. When we arrived and called the shuttle phone # provided, someone picked up within a few rings and was there to pick us up in about 5 mins. The vehicle we were picked up in was the rental we were going to be using during our trip, so everything was already loaded up. Paperwork took about 5-7 mins and then we were out the door. Drop off was also super easy and quick!

The fact they waited for my delayed flight was awesome! But I also forgot my license at their office and they returned it promptly!!! So nice😊

Great experience, clean car, I was picked up, taken to the shop for obvious signatures and was on my way quickly and courteously.

They were exceptional, even helped, no questions asked when I accidentally locked my keys in the vehicle. It shouldn't have happened, but they were super helpful.
