It’s my second time renting from Charlie in two of their locations and they treat me great very quick and serious and very friendly. Aguadilla best service ever.

I've been using Charlie Car Rental for more than 20 years and the service is always excellent!
Upon my return I was concerned traveling with my mother who had fallen and had trouble walking the staff quickly saw us struggling and instead of making her get on the shuttle to get to the airport they took her in one of the cars, that made this experience exceed my expectations. I’ve rented from Charlie as well as my family and will continue to do so. Great staff, thanks!!!!!!
Excellent Service.
Liar!!! The car they gave us at first was a Mitsubishi with tiny wheels that we have to upgrade our car for our safety. On their website, it shows the Condado location close at 7pm and that is the same as what I saw from the outside sign of the Condado location but when we got there, it was closed and we had to return our car to the main location and the representative is so rude that he refused to provide us a courtesy ride to the cruise port.
