Love Charlie car rental, no surprises when we have to pay
Rented in September 2018. The guy at the counter told me that deductible waiver if there was damage was $10.99. I get back and they charge me $65.00 total because that charge was PER DAY. They left that piece of information out... what a damn rip off. My deductible is $100 with progressive. I told the employee and he just gave me a blank face. I asked if they could remove the stupid charge and they said no. Besides the fact that they gave me a crappy Kleenex box to drive, I spent almost $3
When arriving at airport I had a quick pick up. At office obtaining vehicle was quick and rep was polite.
Staff was very friendly. Jeep was okay. No GPS system. Would suggest car chargers complimentary as part of the rental to get around for tourist since you rely on your phone for guidance.
