The vehicle was a little dirty inside but otherwise the rental experience was grest
The staff are so nice & they're happy to take you back to the airport. The car we rented was a little beat up but it got us to everywhere we wanted to go & the rate was good. I would rent here again next time I come to San Juan.
Danny was very helpful and made our experience great. We were thankful that Charlies had great customer service, as we landed around 10pm and were worried that we may have to wait or be too late to get our rental. I will definitely rent through Charlie's in the future.
Always a pleasure to rent from Charlie's Car rental I also always recommend to my family and friends. Even during hurricane Maria I had and extraordinary experience with them, they're computer systems were down but I was taken care the guys at Isla Verde are the best. Keep doing what you guys do.

I have rented with other agencies but I always find that Charlie's vehicles are better maintained and cleaner than others. They are a bit pricey compared to other agencies but the extra money is worth it because vehicle quality.
