Every time I visit PR I rent from Charlie Car Rental. Love it!! Prompt service, friendly Staff, and I get the car that fits my needs.
Charlie's car rental was easy from beginning to end. Customer service was also good with no pressure.

Everyone was super nice and fast with checking in and out. The car was just a little embarrassing to drive around in, it had no hubcaps what so ever.

Amazing experience and best part is that its open 24 hours. I had to pick up my car to go to isla culebra at 4am and you guys where there for me. Thanks!
The car was falling apart, wipers didn't work, so in rain i hit a pothole, then got charged $80 for "damage",
the replace!ent vehicle had no wiper fluid.
The first car had a block of cheese in the trunk, the second one candies and water.
Not very clean, very disappointed.
The damage to The rim happened because of non working wipers, but i got charged for this. Manager was very rude over the phone!
Will definitely NOT rent from them again, and I will let everybody know.
