Conveniently located in Isla Verde where we were staying so we walked in to pick up the car. They honored the online price and the pick up process was very quick and easy. The counter guy was very helpful with directions. The car was clean and perfect for what we needed. The drop off was even easier and quick. We dropped the car off at 4pm and Charlie's offered us a shuttle ride to airport at 11pm at night. Fantastic experience!

Charlie Car Rental was easy, fairly priced, and the airport shuttle was quick and painless both ways. I'll rent from them next time I'm in Puerto Rico, for sure!
Check in was lengthy because not enough agents at front desk.
Very friendly. I would like the car not have a bumper sticker with Charlie's name becuase of safety reasons.
