the car needed a good internal cleaning.
I also was not aware Charlie was now charging an activation fee for the toll pass. I will take this added fee into consideration the next time I plan to rent to determine if the rate is still a good value.

Good cars and good service, outside the airport but very close, not much of a difference from renting inside... I like it, not much of a hustle!

They rental was ok, however I think the rate was too high for the type of car.
Long wait at rental car facility but pick up was very prompt
Employees are very nice. I waited an hour during the pickup due to there was only 1 employee attending all the clients.
