There was some confusion with the shuttle but everything else was smooth from there on out.
We were a little confused by the process when we showed up to the airport. In the email it says to call a number for pickup. Nobody would answer. Just when I was about to cancel, the shuttle showed up. I chose Charlie car over others because they have a location in Condado near the cruise port.
Al querer hacer una reservación personalmente me indicaron que no habian vehiculos hasta febrero. Sin embargo verifique en internet al salir y logre hacer la reservación. Seria bueno que los empleados verifiquen la información antes de ofrecerla al cliente.
Car was dirty and smelled like a wet dog. Still, rental price was cheap.
Everything was fine, the airport transfer was a great added bonus.

I've been renting from them for a few years now and been very satisfied. If your not happy with a car they would quickly change it. This happened to us recently. They were very happy to exchange it. Will rent from them again.
