Pick up from airport was prompt and the quote was honored. They didn't try to oversell which I didn't need. When I go back to Puerto Rico, will only rent from Charlie cars.
Everything went smooth from the cruise port pick up to the return. The agency even called taxi for us. Will definitely use Charlie Car Rental when we visit Puerto Rico next time!
I've rented from you several times and you always have the best rates. Unfortunately this time you forced me to get the liability insurance because my insurance company was located in California and was closed at the time I picked up my rental so I could not confirm if they covered PR in front of the staff member. I have never had to do that before and my policy was always accepted for the rental. This increased my rate almost $100 and no longer made you the best value. Very disappointed.

Charlie rental is always great quick and excellent service every time with clean cars. I waited about 30 minutes outside for pickup but besides that I have no complaints keep up the great work.
We had a great experience with Charlie car rental! The shuttle picked us up at the airport very soon after we called, and the shuttle driver and desk personnel at the agency were friendly and helpful. The mini-van we had chosen when we made the reservation was ready for us when we arrived.
The return process also quick and friendly. We drove into the agency, paid, and were immediately taken to the airport on the shuttle.
