I was very disappointed with the service on Friday!
I had a reservation, but you didn’t have a car for me.
I called for a pick up, the person who answered the phone told me - “we don’t have any car available..” I explain that I have a reservation, he didn’t care. And that was @ 2: am in the morning.
Then why do I need to make a reservation?
if I have a reservation, you should have a car waiting.

Very nice staff! It was a great way to start our vacation. Antonia the cat is absolutely adorable. The car that was given to us was impecable. Not even a scratch. I’m definitely renting with them in the future!
After the great service recieved here, I wont be going to any other car rental in PR!

Ms.Leslie is very knowledgable on the phone prior to reservation and extremely helpful upon turn-in. Dropoff driver was on point too. I look forward to next reservation at Charlie within 6mos.
