Process was fast and easy and staff was quick and courteous.
Great experience!
Though Charlie may not be the most economical on paper, it makes up for it in laying out those extras that jack up the original rental rate. I mean that in a realistic sense. You get what you think you will pay for in the end up front.
A little bummed the car didn’t have a USB port and auto locks. But the service was perfect.

Charlie’s was Great!!! Airport pick up & drop off was the best not having to maneuver and fight airport traffic! We will definitely use them on our next visit to the island!!!
