Check in took almost 45 minutes and there was only one person in line in front of us. Was a bit frustrating at 5 in the morning..

Lo único q puedo indicar q ya había alquilado antes y nunca tuve malos entendidos con mi tarjeta MasterCard (preparada) alquilo nuevamente y cuando entregó el vehículo me indican no aceptan mi tarjeta. Cosa muy extraña pero entendibles. Esto es PR. Solo espero no seguir teniendo problemas para una futura ocasión y de tenerlos ya perdieron otra clienta. Gracias muy amables todos.

The car that we got was brand new and very easy to drive. The only thing I would recommend is explaining the process of the toll roads to the customer in the initial quote.
