Excellent customer service!!!
For the last 4 years every time I travel to PR I go to Charly’s, staff is knowledgeable, they do not overcharge you with fees and vehicles are decent. The shuttle from the Airport to the office is not far and is not hard to do.

Night shift needs more customer service representatives. The wait is too long most of the time for pickup and the amount of customers is the same like any day
Check in took almost 45 minutes and there was only one person in line in front of us. Was a bit frustrating at 5 in the morning..
