The man that checked us in when we arrived in Aguadilla was stern. However, the same man checked us out when we left, and we did get a few nice words and a sm,ile out of him. We loved the car - Hyundai Tucson, and it was a good price.
Have used Charlie's many times before and will continue being a loyal customer. Friendly service, fair price, clean cars, and no hidden fees.
All of the staff were very professional and courteous. Leslie the manager does an excellent job, very helpful and knowledgeable. The reason I scored the value for the money as satisfactory, as I feel if you rent for an extended period of time ( I rented for 5 months) there would be a monthly discount.
Charlie Car Rental has added new fees with an additional cost that before were included with your rental.
