when I pick up a car , stuff representative wasn't friendly. evening before was another man. He was so nice and helpful.

Horrible deceptive business practice with forcing you to use their insurance rather than my policy. Rude staff. Condescending in every way.
I absolutely would avoid this company at all costs. Enterprise is just down the street. Use them.
Good price for vehicle in PR
Staff was super helpful when I arrived to pick the car up. About a week into our stay in PR, I got a ticket for talking on the phone. Upon returning the car, I was able to pay the ticket at the office and they would then send the info in for me. Super helpful! Thanks !
