This was my 1st time visiting PR and I read about Charlie's in a review after getting a really high price quote from somewhere else. EVERYONE at Charlies' was AMAZING! I checked in earlier then my reservation time without a problem. Service was fast and professional coming and going. I don't need or want to go anywhere else the next time I visit PR. Thank you!
My only observation is that there should be an upfront information regarding the tolls fees and gasoline price options
