I was not informed of the rewards hopper program even though I rent from them often. I found out after I dropped off the car and told I could not include reservation at that point. Very bad treatment to loyal clients

I got to the airport before 3:15 am waited for 25 minutes to pick up the car and left the rental at 5:45 am. Please do the math. Since late 70s I been using Charlie because the need to support our people but after Maria is not working anymore.
