Great and friendly atmosphere. There some fees I wish would of been explained at the time I made the reservation online because I ended up paying about $60 more than what my initial price was online, I was never charged some of these fees when I booked with them a couple years ago. Other than that I would def book with them again.

The rental car was great, and the employees were ok too. The only inconvenience I had was some additional fees that weren't stated at the beginning of the reservation. Overall my experience was satisfactory but not as good as I hoped since a friend recommended this place.

From the pick up time to check in and out the service was excellent. Personnel were friendly and very helpful. The vehicle was clean and in great mechanical conditions. I recommend Charlie Rental to anyone in need of renting a car in Puerto Rico
