I was told that I would be picked up from the airport and gave them all my information over the phone to expedite the process. Upon arrival I was told that another couple would be riding with us and we would still have to go to the rental location and re-enter all the information I'd already given over the phone which added 45 minutes! This is not what I was promised and I will not use this company again.

Can't say enough about the whole process from start to finish; the service, the car, and pick up & return to the airport was GREAT. The car was up and beyond what I expected for the price. Thank you Marlin, Kevin & both drivers

Dropoff to airport was more than 45 min wait. We had to Uber ourselves. We had left our shopping bags in the rental car. Right after we left the car rental place, we called them back right away and they said that they could not find the bags. Staff was extremely not helpful.

Very happy with my experience. They are off site for LAX. Had to call when I was ready for pick up. They were there in 15 min. Driver called when a couple minutes out to confirm my location. I had requested a compact but was given a Mid-size SUV for no additional charge. Glad for upgrade but dropped the fuel mileage being a bigger vehicle. Very professional. My only concern was that they cater to higher end clients so I was worried about minor, uncontrollable damage to the car.

Excellent experience at Black and White Car Rentals. It was fast, efficient and professional service throughout from pick up, check in, issuing the car, returning the car and the drop off. The car was exceptional as I though I ordered a ford focus or equivalent. Surprised when they delivered a mercedes! The exceptional customer service made the overall experience outstanding! Black and white rental is the only company to use!!
