Pick up driver was friendly and welcoming, the gentleman at the front desk was mildly receptive, not rude but not warm either. All of their rules are not made known when you book online, but you will have to sign for them when you get there. We rented a Jeep to take to Death Valley and Joshua Tree National Parks, but he made us sign a sheet saying not to take the car off of paved roads. The roads in those parks are graded, but not paved, so that was a big issue. Beware of hidden rules!

We were given personal, courteous service with no waiting and no pressure. The vehicle and staff were excellent in every respect. This was the best car rental experience I have ever had, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Black & White to anyone.

only concern - they aren't open until 7:30am. If you want to return the car before then to catch early flight, you need to pay additional $25 to drop the car off at another location.

Everything was wonderful. The one suggestion I may make is for the pick up cars to have a plaque on the side or on the window that says the company's name or the driver provide the last two digits of the license plate as there are many black suburbans/vans picking up passengers.
