Fabulous rental car agency. Pick up at curbside was easy. Paperwork at the office was easy. We received a much nicer and bigger car than we had reserved at no additional cost. The return of the car took two seconds and then they drove me right to my terminal. Very nice and professional staff too!

My entire experience with Black & White was seamless, from online reservation to pick up and drop off. The staff was extremely helpful and the car served our needs very well. We will be renting from Black & White during our next trip to L.A.
