Affordable and personal. My car was well taken care of and ran beautifully. The staff were all genuinely friendly and courteous. Because it was slow, I was picked up in the car I would be driving and taken to the rental agency. The driver was very friendly and he and I had a lovely conversation. At the agency I had much the same experience with the gentleman who ran the desk. The price can’t be beat. You won’t regret choosing Black and White Car Rental.
Awesome rental experience!!!
Upon returning the car, I arrived later than planned and my flight was in 45 minutes. The staff immediately responded and got me to the airport in time to make my flight. I will rent from Black & White every time I fly to Los Angeles.

Great experience. Staff was super nice and gave us some great tips for driving in LA. We received a newer car and it served us well as we traveled around southern CA touring colleges. Overall, great bargain too. I would definitely use them again. Many thanks.
Nissan Versa has very little pick-up.

Pick up driver was friendly and welcoming, the gentleman at the front desk was mildly receptive, not rude but not warm either. All of their rules are not made known when you book online, but you will have to sign for them when you get there. We rented a Jeep to take to Death Valley and Joshua Tree National Parks, but he made us sign a sheet saying not to take the car off of paved roads. The roads in those parks are graded, but not paved, so that was a big issue. Beware of hidden rules!
We were given personal, courteous service with no waiting and no pressure. The vehicle and staff were excellent in every respect. This was the best car rental experience I have ever had, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Black & White to anyone.
