I was a bit nervous when I booked because I hadn't heard of the company, and the email confirmations seemed a bit unprofessional. But, we ended up having a great experience, and I would definitely use Black and White Car Rental again! We were picked up in a Mercedes, which was a great first impression! The check-in desk area and the associates checking people in were very professional and luxe. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks!
Decided to rent a car from this place and I must say I can’t not be more satisfied! The car rental pick up from our terminal was fast, he took us to the rental main office. That’s where we ran into the gentleman who was helping us access our rental. He was super professional and very nice! Offered us an upgrade since they did not have the vehicle that was originally picked out. We got a Mercedes and I must say it was a nice and sexy ride! Will definitely be back here!!

This was by far the best car rental company I have used. They made me feel like a VIP customer without having to spend like one. Super friendly staff and good quality cars.
We waited more than a half hour for pickup but after that, everything was great.
