Pre rental emails communication were answered promptly and rental/pickup process was efficient and easy. However upon returning the vehicle, a CSR informed us that there were new damages to the car without double checking the inspection paperwork to make sure the damages were there prior. When we pointed it out, the CSR called a supervisor and confirmed that we were right. No apology was given or took ownership of mistake and the CSR just walked away. It was an awkward situation. Mistakes happen

The whole experience from booking online to the service from pick up to drop off the whole team was excellent. I will use them again the next time I'm in LA. They were even kind enough to waive a service that it turned out I didn't need. All in all an excellent experience!
