The whole experience from booking online to the service from pick up to drop off the whole team was excellent. I will use them again the next time I'm in LA. They were even kind enough to waive a service that it turned out I didn't need. All in all an excellent experience!

I was a bit nervous when I booked because I hadn't heard of the company, and the email confirmations seemed a bit unprofessional. But, we ended up having a great experience, and I would definitely use Black and White Car Rental again! We were picked up in a Mercedes, which was a great first impression! The check-in desk area and the associates checking people in were very professional and luxe. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks!
