Had a fabulous experience!! The staff were especially courteous and friendly. We just had to wait over 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport which wasn’t fun but I guess that cold just becLA traffic for you.

Great experience! Very helpful and friendly staff, and personalized service was excellent. I surprised my husband by renting a Jeep Wrangler during a recent visit to LA and was able to specify the type of vehicle with B&W, which isn’t usually an option with major national rental chains. The Jeep was in great shape and very well suited to our needs. Price was a little high, but seemed worth it for a special-occasion splurge.

The form looks backward on my mobile device, however, my experience was above my expectation and I will always seek out this company in the future.
I highly recommend this rental company. When you get off to airplane and walk to baggage claim, call them right away, You get your luggages . They are there to pick you up to get your car. You do not have to wait for shuttle bus. No waiting in line to get your rental car, processing fast.
